Preschool Gymnastics:

  • Our Cubs program teaches ages 6 months to 5 years the basic skills of gymnastics while improving listening skills, fine motor movements, and socialization skills in age appropriate 25- 45 minute classes.

  • Baby Bears: 6- 12 months/ 25 min. class (Free)

    One Cub: 1 year/ 35 min. class ($79 per month)

    Two Cubs: 2 years/ 35 min. class ($79 per month)

    Three Cubs: 3 years/ 45 min. class ($88 per month)

    Four/ Five Cubs: 4 years/ 45 min. class ($88 per month)

    Toddler Time (Open Gym): 1- 6 years/ 1 hr. ($10 per class)

Girls Instructional Gymnastics:

  • Instructional Girls Gymnastics is for ages 5.5 years and above. Athletes in this program will learn FUNdamental gymnastics in a positive & safe environment. Classes range from 50 min. to 1 hour dependent on skill level.

  • Spinners (Beginners): 6- 13 years/ 50 min. class ($97 per month)

    Fliers (Intermediate): 6- 14 years/ 50 min. class ($97 per month)

    Twisters (Advanced): 8- 14 years/ 1 hr. class ($99 per month)

    Tweens: 10- 13 years/ 1 hr. class ($99 per month)

    Teens: 13+ years/ 1 hr. class ($99 per month)

Boys Instructional Gymnastics:

  • Instructional Boys Gymnastics is for ages 6 and above. Athletes in this program will learn FUNdamental gymnastics on the men’s apparatus in a positive & safe environment. Classes range from 50 min. to 1 hour dependent on skill level.

  • Boys Gymnastics: 6+ years/ 50 min. class ($97 per month)

Drop In Classes:

  • We offer a wide range of one time drop in classes for all ages each week. Check out our schedule below and come join the fun!

  • Adult Gymnastics: 16+ years/ 1 hr. class ($15 per class: available Mon. + Sat.)

    Aerial Awareness: 12+ years/ 1 hr. class ($15 per class: available Thurs. at 8 pm- 9pm)

    Family Fun Time: 1-12 years/ 1.5 hr. class ($15 per class: available Mon. + Fri.)

    Flip Flop Shop: 10+ years/ 1 hr. class ($15 per class: available Wed. at 8pm- 9pm)

    Ninja/ Parkour Jam: 6+ years/ 1-1.5 hr. class ($15 per class: available Mon.+ Fri. + Sat.)

    Toddler Time: 1-6 years/ 1 hr. class ($15 per class: available Thurs. at 11 am- 12pm)

Cheer and Tramp:

  • New Cheer Classes available at Avant Coeur! Learn how to stunt, jump, tumble, dance, and more.

    New T&T (Tumbling &Trampoline) classes available at Avant Coeur. This class will introduce fundamental skills to build for more advanced and safe trampoline and tumbling activities.

  • Level 1: 5+ years/ 50 min. class ($97 per month)

    Level 2: 6+ years/ 1 hr. class ($99 per month)

    Tumbling Class: 12-18 years/ 1 hr. class ($99 per month)

  • Our sideline cheer program teaches athletes to lead the crowd with spirit and confidence. Focusing on chants, halftime performances, and the importance of teamwork while supporting our local football and rugby teams.

Birthday Parties + Special Events:

  • We have the best Special Events at Avant Coeur! We offer Birthday Parties, Field Trips, Camps & Clinics, Private Lessons, Indoor Playground, Super Saturdays and MORE!

  • Enjoy your child’s fun filled birthday party with us at ACG! Parties are a total of 1.5 hours, 45 minutes of play and 45 minutes of celebration for up to 25 children and cost $350.
