Sideline Cheer Team:

Our sideline cheer program teaches athletes to lead the crowd with spirit and confidence. Focusing on chants, halftime performances, and the importance of teamwork while supporting our local football and rugby teams.

Cheer for Flag Football & Lacrosse. Plus participation in parades and halftime events.
Classes are $115 a month.
Uniform, poms and bows are an additional cost.

Level 1: 5- 14years/ 50 min. class ($97 per month)
Level 2: 5- 14 years/ 1 hr. class ($99 per month)
Tumbling Class: 12-18 years/ 1 hr. class ($99 per month)
Trampoline & Tumbling:

New T&T (Tumbling &Trampoline) classes available at Avant Coeur. This class will introduce fundamental skills to build for more advanced and safe trampoline and tumbling activities.
